 | Adam - Software Engineer Adam Bloomfield is part of the SchoolBase development team. He spends his time working on the core SchoolBase application and .net applications. A major part of Adam's role is to set up new schools and he will often be involved in providing the on site training for new users. He also provides technical support to the Customer Support Team. |
 | Adam Bridge - Customer Support Adam joined Furlong after Graduating from Southampton University with a BSc in Computer Science last year. He is now a key member of our Customer Support Team. If you ring into the office he might not be the first person to answer the phone as he spends much of his time testing new developments within SchoolBase. |

| Brian - Software Developer Brian Throup has been part of Furlong for just over two years. His role involves designing and laying out school reports, and performance tuning and optimising the SQL server database. Brian also provides technical support to the Customer Support Team as and when necessary. |
 | Carole Pattern- Customer Support and Sage Consultant Carole has a wealth of experience of working in a Customer Support environment. She brings with her experience of Sage Accounting and Payroll systems. Carole spends most of her day resolving SchoolBase and Sage queries, occassionally she will visit schools to provide training or consultancy services. |

| Catherine - Customer Support Team Manager Catherine Hosen has the friendly voice that has talked many a new user through their early days with SchoolBase! She also runs many of our training courses and will sometimes visit schools to provide onsite training for those who need additional support. |

| Graham - SchoolBase Sales Manager Graham Hall is a key member of the team who has been involved with the company since the early days. He spends much of his time visiting schools so that he can fully understand their needs before demonstrating what SchoolBase can offer. |

| Marlon - Software Developer Marlon Tucker is a valuable member of the Furlong Team. He joined us in September 2009 after graduating with a MEng in Software Engineering from The University of Southampton. Marlon has been instrumental in several key projects since joining our team including the redevelopment of our new finance system. |
 | Mark Andrews- Software Developer Mark joined Furlong in January 2010 and is now working alongside Adam and Brian as part of the software development team. Mark looks after many areas of the SchoolBase database inculding the Annual Census, Parents Evenings, The Bus System and Marketing. He is also involved in setting up many of our new schools. |
 | Peter Williams- Customer Support Peter has worked with us as a consultant for several years. He has now joined as a full time team member. Peter is an experienced voice that can talk you through any problems you might have using SchoolBase. He is often office based but he also spends time providing training in schools. Most recently he has been working overseas providing training for our new schools in Manila and Penang. |

| Sharon - Sales Support and Office Manager Sharon Oliver works closely with Graham Hall supporting SchoolBase Sales activities. In her spare time she ensures the smooth running of our Andover office. |

| Sue - International Sales Manager Sue joined us in September 2009. Her experience in the independent schools sector is already proving valuable, as you will see from the large number of international schools that have recently chosen to use SchoolBase. |
 | Sylwia Boguska- Customer Support Sylwia joined the Customer Support Team in May. She will be working with Catherine and the rest of the team to provide day to day help for schools who are getting to grips with SchoolBase or who need a reminder about how to do something they haven’t done for a while. |
